Youth Development Program

The development program is a clinic style program aimed at providing players a platform to work on various parts of the game. These sessions are designed to work on technical skills, tactical awareness and positional structure. Sessions will involve ball manipulation, situational drills, 1v1's, and small-sided games.

This program is open to players who are playing on recreational teams, looking to advance from rec to comp or are currently on competitive teams seeking supplemental training. This is a great starting point for players who want to benefit from more advanced training without or with the club commitment.

What will they learn?

- Technical - Players will learn key fundamental skills that are required to play soccer while building confidence to express & apply themselves.

- Tactical - Players will gain an understanding of positioning, art of pressing and formations within sessions. Learning these key concepts will allow them to think on their feet, react to play situations, attack/defend more confidently and take risks.

- Physical - Players will be challenged through intense sessions to help them utilize their body to protect the ball and challenge players.

- Psychological - Players will be able to develop at their own speed while being challenged to make critical decisions on the ball and off the ball and communicate. Aiding them to think about tasks set and obtaining achievement from mastering.

- Social - Creating new friends, developing a good attitude and playing in a positive environment.
